Replacement cable arrived in specified time, for my Focal Radiance, in solid adequate box packaging. Wasn't expecting much improvement, or any, over the stock cable in sound quality, but was I in for a shock, my headphones revealed their true potential that was previously missing. The separation & detail of the musicians within the soundstage is so obvious, even the bass player is more musical, tight, & recognisable, you don't have a plastic screen to contend with anymore between the music & your ears. If you own an expensive pair of headphones, don't rely or believe the stock cable they came with is adequate & can't be improved upon, do yourself a massive favour & invest in a bit of cable from these guys to complete your headphone potential, the difference really is between night & day. I don't just recommend this company & their products I want the world of hi-fi to place them on the map.

Top Service, Top Product, Top Staff. Unsure of upgrading for my Sennheiser HD6XX or my Beyerdynamic DT1990PRO I vasilated for over a year. My grown up kids clubbed together to buy me a balanced cable for Christmas. I opted for HD6XX. I dithered until Dec 10 or so choosing colour scheme. The guys at Custom Cans were awesome. Never showed a trace of frustration over my procrastination even though they must have felt it! Numerous emails were exchanged. Matt took the order and completed cable in a matter of days and managed to post Dec 16. The postal strike caused failed delivery until New Year. Great effort by Custom Cans, it was totally my fault the delivery was late ( and the Royal Mail !!) Boy was it worth the wait. Gorgeous cable to look at, beautifully crafted by artisans. Stunning improvement sonically. Tighter bass, greater clarity, space between instruments and detail in highs and mids. No microphonics. ifi iDSD Micro Signature DAC/AMP, from source Samsung A52s. The HD6XX are already superb headphones but the upgraded cable makes a marked and distinct improvement. Now I think I will purchase the Mass Loading kit for the Sennheisers and save for the DT1990PRO Conversion and cable. Total and highest recommendation for Custom Cans. bought a braided Sennheiser HD600 replacement cable. They had all kinds of cool colors. The sound and build quality is Grade A. The termination is top notch which really matters otherwise ur cable will break in a few months like the over-priced cables at Moon Audio. from the day i ordered to the day i recieved was about a month i think? But im not in the UK so shipping was longer, and plus it's a custom cable :) Customer service was also very communicative and friendly. Nothing but good to say so far, definitely support these guys!
I bought a HD800 replacement cable from Custom Cans and I am very happy with it. Excellent quality and really nicely made cable. I had some questions before ordering as it was my first time buying from them and received very friendly response and quick answers to my questions. I would buy from them again but considering the quality of the cable I don't think I will need to for some time. Great experience, I recommend them!
The only place I found to get replacement earpads for a Sennheiser HD25, a good price anyway but, because delivery from Sennheiser was delayed, he offered a discount on brand new but with damaged packaging. They were perfect. Now I can use my proper headphones again!
I feel like I was the most awkward customer imaginable. I started with a custom pin-out, changed my mind, again, and then a third time. Throughout the process they were unflappable and my cable still arrived ahead of time. The quality of the customer service is only rivaled by the quality of the cable.

I placed an order for a new cable for my OPPO PM3 headphones. I have to say that I am extremely happy with my purchase. The cable is extremely well made and I can tell the improvement in sound with it compared to the stock cable supplied with the headphones after just one listen. Prior to my purchase I had a few questions that I put to Jason and he was quick to respond and answer them all ensuring I purchased the correct cable. I highly recommend Customcans and would have no hesitation in purchasing again. In fact I may do soon as I also own a pair of Seinheiser HD600 headphones and I saw that they make cables for those as well.
Had a custom cable made for my HD6XX and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It is by far the best looking and highest quality cable I own. Shipping only took about 10 days to get to my house in the US. I will be ordering from them again in the future!
I received my replacement headphone cables from Customcans this morning and after only 4 hours of listening I can say they are a great improvement on the cables that came with the headphones -- my Focal Utopia are not a cheap set of headphones, far from it, but the cables they came with are very heavy and inflexible. Also a little too bright for me. Hence reaching out to customcans for a set of 84 strand hand braided litz copper cables.
Incredibly quality, also very nice affordable price. Fast shipping to norway. I didnt think stock and customized cable mattered. Now i can hear much clearer, bass is tighter. I can even hear sounds i didnt notice before. Guys this is an easy upgrade for your high end headphones. Thumbs up!

I ordered a pair of Sennheiser hd25s in white. I wanted something different and all I could find was plain black but this company did them in white with my logo, when they came i was over the moon as they looked awesome. Would reccomend.
