I made a call to explain my need. The response was fast and accurate. The product was shipped and received in a timely manner. I have not installed the product yet, so the verdict is still out in that regard. But the product appears to be very well done, and I am confident that it will meet my expectation which happens to be above and beyond the ordinary. I am going to re-wire a 1925 sewing machine which has the original cloth covered wire from that era. I am hoping to retain the original look while making the machine safe again.
