This dimmer switch,while a bit expensive, is good quality and easy to install. Order arrived in a timely manner. Works beautifully as promised! Nice improvement over the low-quality hi-low, inline rotary switch that the lamp came with.

The plug-and-play cable for my VW Atlas went in without a hitch. Piece of cake!

Great quality and beautiful design

Terrible experience here. I ordered a switch for a lamp with a valid address. The address was either not printed properly or was damaged during shipping. Either way, it was returned to CREATIVE CABLES. Rather than send out another one while awaiting the return, CREATIVE CABLES told me they would wait for the switch and then send me an invoice for $7 to ship it back to me. To date, I have neither received word from CREATIVE CABLES nor have I received the switch and it’s been three weeks. Just a perfect example of terrible customer service.
