I got my Craft holster today and I’m very disappointed. This is not what I, or anyone who knows holsters, would call a custom holster. It is not well fitted to the gun and doesn’t fit tight enough to feel secure. A real custom, fitted holster is molded to every grove of the gun and is very tight when new to allow for break-in; this one is loose and is more of a generic holster which would fit any gun of similar size. I’m afraid with use it will not hold the gun securely.

PREFACE: This is a nylon holster, not a leather holster. There would be no leather type of brake in on this style!   Holster is to small for the gun and light. It took everything I had to get the pistol in the holster. It pushed the slide back an inch while trying to insert pistol (I am surprised the round in the chamber didn't get ejected, that would have meant I would have had to cut the holster up to get it out, since it would have jammed the pistol in the holster). Re-tension is a little piece of Velcro that goes over the grip, that defeats the grip safety on my Springfield XD. Trying to remove the pistol back out of the holster is a feat in it self. I thought I was going to rip my Olight flashlight/laser off the gun. If I was to use this holster and had to get the gun out for an event. I would be talking to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ long before that would have ever happen!! I have read negatives on customer service since I made the purchase, so I can not see relief in sight. Also I had another charge after I paid for the item. They are located in ' THE HOLSTERS COMPANY, ANDREJA KMETA 17 BANSKA STIAVNICA, SLOVAKIA, 96901' ( Eastern Europe ), so there was a $3.09 money transfer fee. If I wanted them to fix the problem, I have read that I would have to pay to send it back to them. I kick my self in the back side for not researching the company more, and finding out they were on the other side of the world. SO,,,, I am out about $110.00, and all I have a dust collector!!!

I have two craft holsters, a shoulder and an IWB, everything is great except for one thing, the metal clip for the IWB is way too immobile, it is a really hard job to clip it over your belt because the metal has zero give in it, if you have to take it off do not expect to be able to put in only again too quickly or inconspicuously. As due to my work I have to remove the holster when entering certain places, I can not use the IWB, so disappointing as the workmanship is so good otherwise.

I received my holster the other day eight days shipping from Eastern Europe - not bad! The holster was exactly what I ordered and matched the picture. It also was exactly what I wanted- fits my King Cobra perfectly and stays secure on my belt- no sliding around. The video you sent me about breaking in a leather holster was VERY helpful. Took a month to get conformation of shipment which was heading to the wrong state. Contacted Craft and was told I would likely never see the holster as there was no way to track the shipment. When I asked for a refund I was offered 15% off a new order. The holster managed to make it to Washington rather than Delaware. I followed the break in procedure only to find the female side of the thumb strap snap had scratched end to end the slide of my new Sig 1911. Craft has refunded my purchase and has not responded to numerous requests to repair my gun. THEY HAD THE NERVE to try and sell me another one. No one has responded to my claim to have my Sig repaired.

After many back and forth emails we were able to resolve the issue and make things right. Special thanks to Al for his help in resolving this issue.

I bought a revolver holster from this firm, which I discovered is really just a reseller for Falco Holsters. Unfortunately, my holster allowed for trigger manipulation (an entire finger in the holster) even when the gun was fully holstered and the thumb break engaged. This is a dangerous holster - be forewarned. I am still engaging with customer service to try to get a refund. The subpar product and lack of an immediate refund warrants 1 star.

I just got my holster for my P11 MK12. Quality Leather and the fit is perfect for the gun. I almost forget that I am wearing it. I am definitely buying another for my S&W M&P 2.0 9mm. Back model. Well worth the wait!!

Extremely high quality leather work. Very comfortable and balanced with two mag holder. My suit jacket size is 48-50, if you are bigger or heavier, go larger than XL. Mine fits perfectly, but at the end of adjustment on straps. Optional chest strap would be good too. Stays in place well with belt hook ups. Fits the gun perfectly. Be sure to read the note inside the box when you open. At first I didn't, thought it was a sales piece. It explains that the hammer strap won't fit and needs some denatured alcohol on it and to be set in with gun overnight. Also, thumb break takes some getting used to.

Received my Craft Holster and it's absolutely amazing! The leather is beautiful and the stitching is nothing short of perfect! This holster fits like a glove on my S&W Magnum 357 Police Service Six! The holster is an example of true craftsmanship! I will definitely be buying again!

I am very satisfied with the Craft holster that I purchased for my Sig 226 Legion. After several attempts to dry fit to the holster with the fit still too tight, I lightly coated the interior with denatured alcohol, put the gun in a couple zip bags and let sit for a day. The gun now fits perfectly. Very satisfied.

Craft Holsters was great to deal with. Easy to find correct Holster, easy to order and delivered when expected. The quality is great, no problems at all with the fit. I was a little worried about the break-in of the holster, as they say it may take some time, but the holster fit perfect right out of the package. Highly recommend Craft Holsters.

I've been carrying a full size SIG P220 for around 20 years now. I've tried several brands of expensive holsters, I've also used some cheap ones. Since I've found craftholsters I've changed all my holsters. These are by far are more comfortable than all the others combined. I love these holsters.

Unbelievable how well-made this bag is I’ve carried bags over the years but none with such quality as this one worth every penny that I paid for it. So that being said if you’re an older guy and you don’t want to carrying in the waistband holster because of your back or other physical problems this is the only way to fly.. The customer service is unbelievably customer centric. This company craft holsters it is very aware of quality and customer happiness with their products. With that being said I am a very happy man. I ordered this Holster, for my KIMBER MICRO 9...It came as expected, and after carrying for a few Days now, I couldn't be more pleased....The Quality is Top Notch, and the Tension Nut allows you to adjust the release pressure, to your individual needs....I have another one for my M&P full size....They are Comfortable and Functional...What more could you ask for...
