I ordered an open top belt holster for a Wilson Combat SFX9 with an optic. When it arrived, I found the notch to accommodate the optic wasn't quite big enough, and the front sight channel wasn't roomy enough for my optic height front sight. These issues prevented the pistol from being fully inserted into the holster. I shouldn't have, but I tried to modify the holster myself by cutting away part of the leather where the optic was hitting, and I tried shaving the sight channel to make more room for the front sight in an effort to make the gun fit. This didn't work, so I contacted customer service. I didn't request a replacement/exchange because I tried to modify the holster myself, but I wanted to make Craftholsters aware of the issue for future customers. Without delay, I was told a replacement would be made and shipped at no charge. I just received the replacement and the fit is absolutely perfect. The attention to detail in the craftsmanship can clearly be seen. The leather is formed tight around the dimensions of the pistol, and the double stitching looks like it will last for years. The maker must have looked at the photos I sent of the original holster and tweaked the design just enough to fit the pistol correctly. I'm happy with the holster, and even more impressed with the customer service I received. I would definitely order from Craftholsters again.

This is my second Craft Holster, loved the first one. With the second, it really did not fit right (new model firearm) worked with customer support, identified the problem and it was corrected. The customer support was exceptional. They stood behind their product and made it right!

Ordered a holster that was not for the gun I ordered for. Contacted their customer service and all I got was the run around. This company is located in an eastern European country and I guess they feel they don't need to worry about customer satisfaction. Don't buy from this company!

I ordered a holster for my Kimber K65 Target. The first two holsters they sent me I could not snap the retaining snap. On the third attempt the holster fit perfectly. Craftholster was very professional and went way above and beyond to make sure to get it right. I am very happy with the product as well as the company!

Ordered a Holster that was supposed to be specific to my pistol. Didn't come close to fitting, even after I bought their break in kit and followed the exact instructions. I would look elsewhere for a new holster.

I very rarely write review(s), but am happy to do so for Craft Holsters. I ultimately went with the horizontal carry RH draw and double mag shoulder holster system (Item: 42/22). The entirety of my experience; ordering, shipping, packaging (well done), customer service and final product all significantly exceeded expectations. The holster is high quality (visually, ergonomically and functionally), and clearly tailored to your specific firearm and specs (be sure to add a note to your order if there is a specific component of your firearm that you think needs brought to their attention so they can address it during their crafting process). I would recommend Craft to anyone, regardless of prospective use case (law enforcement, recreation, CC, target, etc.). The leather is also high quality and I would expect the holster (and system) to last a lifetime. I honestly cannot express how phenomenal the experience was (including and especially their customer service- I had to contact them due to a mistake on my end), which is fairly surprising for 2023 and given this bizarre ultra-liberal, communist/progressive, anti-capitalist wave sweeping across Europe and the West (but I digress). Lastly, the product price point(s) are more than fair, given the quality and time and effort put into the final product, in addition to the customer service and their clear willingness to stand behind all products. Great company, great product(s) and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Ordered the 1911 6” railed OWB belt holster…perfect fit for Girsan MC1911 S Hunter! It’s been difficult to find a great fit but Craft Holsters did it…well done!

beautiful holster , fit perfectly got it quick

Bought a custom measurement shoulder holster. Not even close to fitting. Waste of $220. Since the product ships from (and I assume is made) in Slovakia why not ask for measurements in the metric system instead of inches? It’s more important to get the measurements right than pretend you’re an American company. Quality looks good. It’s a shame I can’t use it.

Craft Holster's Customer Service is secondary to none! I've been giving Craft Holsters the bulk of my orders since my brother showed me the high degree fit and finish of his. After making multiple orders I had my first issue with a holster. Customer service remedied the problem quickly and in such a way that I wouldn't be without the holster that I ordered.
