I recently ordered from Craftholsters, and the package was delayed in Germany for three days by FedEx. The only explanation was an operational exception. I notified Craftholster customer service, and they got my updated delivery status within 24 hours. Craftholster customer service is exceptional. I could not be more pleased with their solution to this issue.

This is an update for the Soulder Harness with rototilt holster and Double mag holder set up for cross draw. I finally fit the harness for my small frame body. I carry a Beretta M9A4 18 plus 1 9mm. 5.1" barrel. And the fit was so comfortable, I could hardly tell i was carrying a full sized pistol, with 2 fully loaded magazine which counter balanced the pistol weight fully loaded and in a vertical position. And no one could tell I had anything concealled. With summer coming, a light tee-shirt and a light button-up shirt gives you quick access, and a very natural draw. I prefer to use the belt loops to keep the holster and magazine tightly in place and also help quicken your draw. Practicing now to become proficient with draw and on target as quick as a belt mounted iwb or owb. Im more confident I wont become a target by being obvioys Im carrying. I did just order my second cross draw, belt, and double magazine holder for my compact M&P 9 Shield Plus. Will recieve it in 3 weeks asxthe holster has tobbe custum made and molded for my pistol. I am very happy with my purchases and will last my lifetime.

The holster fits like a glove. Break-in was fast and easy, no bag or break-in kit required. The retention strap was a bit snug, but I stretched it out by hand. Holstered the pistol overnight, and break-in was done. VERY comfortable carry.

We have purchased 6 holsters from CraftHolsters. Every one of them has been excellent! All required a short break-in period, resulting in a perfect fit. If they come loose to start with they will not be a perfect fit. It may appear too small and like the snap will never close but give it a little time breaking-in and all will be well. We are 100% satisfied with their products. Their customer service is second to none. We had the pleasure of working with Al and Lidia and they were extremely helpful. We highly recommend CraftHolsters!

I bought the shoulder holster for my small S&W 442 because I do not like carrying pistols on my hip due to medical issues. The shoulder holster came to me very quickly and I have been very pleased with it. I wear it everywhere I go because it is easy to conceal even during the summer with a light vest that I wear all the time anyway. I have several craft holsters and plan to buy another one soon. I ordered a holster to fit an American Pistol 4.5 inch. I received a good looking holster but the fit is way off. It took two days of stretching the holster to get it to stop pulling the slid back on my gun and forget about the strap, there is no way to stretch it the three quarters of an inch it needs. Luckily it fits a smaller s&w 40 like a glove. Did they use the wrong template? I reviewed the holster twice on their storefront but they are not allowing my reviews to post nor do they respond. Makes you wonder....

I originally thought the holster was wrong but after contacting the company and using the denatured alcohol, it worked great. I was surprised how quickly their response was. I had a custom left handed shoulder holster made. The product is beautiful craftsmanship. I never depart from home without it. I will order again in the future from this company. I received my very near to the estimated time frame. It was only delayed because I used the fed ex option. I enjoyed tracking the product as it made its way around the world. Received my IWB holster and very pleased with the quality and fit of this holster. Searched a long time to find the perfect holster for my Colt King Cobra 3" revolver and this was a perfect fit. Had to massage the strap but no need to do anything else. Delivery within a week using the economy shipping. Liked the quality so much I just placed an order for their belt and speedloader. Highly recommend.

Wanted refund after order was delayed. Asked for my money back 3 times, with no results. Had to escalate refund through Paypal before i could get my money back.

Purchased and received a shoulder holster with magazine carrier. Upon receipt I discovered that the retention strap was way too short and not even close to being able to be snapped closed to secure the firearm. As requested I filled out a claim form, sent numerous pics of the gun, the gun in the holster and the issue from different angles. In response Craft Holsters sent me instructions on how to force stretch the strap. After numerous attempts over several days were unsuccessful I reported to them that their remedy was not working and in reply they handed it off to a different customer service rep who requested the same pics and info I had already sent. I responded to that email and have heard nothing since.
