A great non- intrusive experience. We hardly knew the installers were here. And so clean and tidy. We were advised that they would be a little later than expected and this was fine.

Very helpful, friendly and explained everything very clearly.Explained all about the foam and how it works and it definitely does work. The loft is so much warmer and no condensation .

I wasn't at all sure that this was genuine but checked with HICS and was reassured. The workmen were personable, polite and professional. They explained what they were going to do and showed me photographs of the loft as it was before and after the job was done. They were quick and clean. I couldn't ask for more.

It all started with a phone call and although there was a reluctance to provide a rough price over the phone, Cozy Home offered to arrange for a sales rep and do an assessment. Having arrived on time Pablo initially explained the product and after a loft inspection, we chatted over the advantages and cost, explaining that the eaves would be totally sealed, making it a cosy space! There was no pressure to purchase, however, the product might have sold itself, but I was extremely impressed with Pablo and how he handled everything, which overall made for a pleasant experience. Having agreed a price, a slot was available in a few days, with the two lads arriving on time. They were friendly and professional, explained what needed to be done and how they would go about things. Clean workers, with plastic down on the staircase and landing, and the job was finished in a few hours - brilliant. Just to say that it was an early appointment and I wished I’d warned my neighbour [who sleeps in] as the machine would have definitely been heard next door – not a criticism, just worth a mention for others! Good job done and in addition to the savings in heating bills, I now have a cosy loft space where I can spend some time sorting out some of the accumulated junk! Would thoroughly recommend both the product and Cozy Home.

We were contacted with a cold call, which initially made us a bit suspicious. However, the phone call was very friendly and non-pressured so we decided to arrange an appointment. Gary, the sales rep, arrived bang on time and explained exactly how the roof insulation would be carried out. Again there was no pressure to make a decision, just a helpful and friendly conversation. The installation was carried out very efficiently a week later by the two-man team, who were polite, helpful and quick. We could feel the extra warmth in the loft and there was a minimum of additional cleaning necessary to return the loft conversion room to a fully-inhabitable state. Overall, an excellent installation, clean and efficient. I would recommend this company, who were a pleasure to deal with at all times.

From the first phone call right through to completion the Service was excellent. The surveyor explained everything in detail and assured us of the benefits. I also did some research before agreeing. The two guys who carried out the work were delightful, and left the place clean.

I found the product I was looking for easily, the ordering process was straightforward and delivery was very prompt. The items I ordered (wool tumble drier balls) were well packaged & in perfect condition.

Having recently moved into our bungalow we wanted to get cavity wall insulation. I contacted Cozy Home Solutions there friendly surveyor came out in a few days to check over the property. Drilled some holes in the wall and put in a camera . We were lucky as it was all ready done. Cozy Home Solutions didn’t want any call-out charge. Thank you Cozy Home Solutions.

I had my loft sprayed by this company and from the start to the end everything was great. I had a call asking if I would like a free loft assessment after I had clicked a link online to reduce my energy bills, they sent me a surveyor round who done an assessment on my loft, he was in there for a while and seemed very thorough. He then explained the product and how it would benefit me. This was over 6 months ago and I can certainly feel the difference and my energy bills have reduced

The operatives were 3 hours late but I did receive a phone call letting me know they would be late. They finished at 8.30 pm and did a good job. And didn’t waste any time. The lad’s were polite and friendly and cleaned up before they left but did leave marks on the landing walls.

Got a cold call from the EcoHub muttering something about inefficient popular loft insulation & offering a free "in person" chat (with someone from a different company? - it didn't add up!). Was very sceptical & uneasy & nearly cancelled the appointment. Pablo (Cozy home rep) was very easy to talk to & explained what the insulation was & how it was much improved from the traditional insulation l'd already got. I didn't feel any pressure to agree to have the foam installed. The guys who did the work arrived early & were very professional. The job was done very quickly & neatly & they even vacuumed before they left. Hoping this will now save me a lot of money every winter - time will tell. Thankyou

We hadn't heard of spray foam insulation before but had a cold call on the doorstep from Cozy Homes who explained what it was and that they were in the area. While we had normal fibreglass insulation which was installed a few years ago, we still find that heat easily escapes the house and it didn't seem to do much so we agreed to a no-obligation sales meeting. We had a good meeting with Sam who explained everything about Icynene loft insulation and answered all our concerns about the things we've read online. He wasn't at all pushy and if we hadn't been convinced about it I have no doubt that he'd have thanked us and left but as it was it sounded like it would be perfect for us and if it works as expected it should make the house a lot warmer. Due to the way the business works with the sales and installation teams doing little tours of the country they're able to offer you a very good deal on installation and so you don't feel like you're getting ripped off like you might do by other companies. The installation took place a few days after that sales meeting and the 2 guys who came to do it were very nice, answered any final questions we had and then cracked on completing the installation within a couple of hours and leaving everything in great condition. We were able to inspect the work they did before they left and were instantly impressed with their ability to get such full coverage of the whole loft even in hard to reach places. One other advantage of the foam which we hadn't been told about or thought about is that it actually makes the loft space lighter and brighter as the light reflects off the foam. Overall we had a really positive experience with Cozy Homes and would definitely recommend to others. While it's just coming into summer now so we can't test the impact of the foam just yet we have no doubt that it will make a difference and so we're looking forward to having a warmer (and cheaper to run) house next winter! The insulation installers turned up before time ready to start work. Both installers were very tidy and efficient. The whole process took less than an hour and was professionally carried out. Would definitely recommend as the service carried out was first class
