All seemed well to begin with.... We had been looking to get solar panels installed and after some research came across Cozy Homes. Made contact with the call centre and arranged a visit that week for a free survey. Tony Morgan their rep attended our property and went through all the options and details of the products and promised to send us a quote over within the next couple of days. While Tony was at our property the way in which they try to "sell" their product is by slagging off their competitors which is not something i am keen on as a buyer. Tony also forgot his laptop at our property which i think also shows the slap dash nature of the staff and business. Tony called me on whats app to arrange collecting the laptop which was all sorted. To add insult to injury the quote has never been received. - i also sent Tony a whats-app to ask him if he could send over the quote - no response! A week later i then received an email from Darrell Law asking to book a survey to which i responded I already had the survey and was waiting on a quote.... no response! Then another week later another email appeared from Darrell with a GDPR data breach where he had cc'd me in on a mass email to 266 other people on their data base to which I can only confirm based on the replies from others that this is not the first time there has been a data breach and people are not happy with Cozy Homes lack of service. I will not be using Cozy Homes now or in the future! Very disappointed to say the least!
Shared my email address with over 260 other people creating multiple replies from a spam message I'd never even asked for from someone called "Darrel". Reported to Information commissioners office for gdpr breach.
Very impressed from quotation to fitting all complete within 48hours.. installers very polite respectful of the property everything left neat and tidy. All rubbish taken away the following day as promised.. kept informed at all times what was happening . Would recommend to others to us this company.
The workmen arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and a pleasure to be with. They worked extremely hard in a very full loft and spent the whole day completing their work. They tidied up and put everything back in the loft.
The guys who came to install my roof insulation great. They explained what they were going to do and got on with the job. They were so polite and thoughtful which made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this company.
Very pleased with the installation, and the warmer house that resulted. Installer was particularly good, especially as he had to move all the junk in my attic before starting, which he did cheerfully. Thank you.
Job completed speedily and efficiently
All staff doing various jobs contributed to the feeling of being comfortable with the experience. Even when their operatives had to leave the job part finished for personal reasons they rallied round and completed my loft insulation the next day.
Solutions were clearly explained by representative. Once agreed to go ahead the installation date was within a few days. Installation guys turned up on time and were helpful and courteous. Job was completed satisfactory in a short timescale.

Where do I even start this company is absolutely amazing I had some concerns at first and they put my mind at ease from the beginning all the way to the end I would highly recommend
They were very helpful and tidy, but it would have been better if they finished the hole of job instead of leaving part of the loft If they would not leave a incomplete loft why do I have no foam in the loft space above the room As you asked I have still not got the one bedroom uninsulated, will there be a a return visit to complete rhe job that I paid in full for So can you please let me know when you are. Explained everything that was being done. The men put down protective film on the carpet and cleaned up after themselves when they had finished. Highly recommend Cozy Home Solutions Ltd.
Excellent and efficient service from all of the team. Danielle who came to survey the loft explained everything thoroughly and didn’t try to push us into buying the product. The two guys who came to do the loft insulation did a super clean job, covered my carpets where they were walking and cleaned everything once they had finished. I would definitely recommend this company.

Turned up a bit late but informed us. Job done quickly and efficiently. The loft having been finished was so reflective my light nearly blinded me. As a pensioner it was 50% off. Great value and reaping the benefits already.
Workers were polite and explained all that they were doing.covered all carpet from door to stairs and landing .when finished showed photos of what was done from top to bottom.advised us not to go in attic for at least 2days for safety.Thank you
I liked the surveyor, Jason I think, and he tried hard to get me the best deal he could. The following week Darren and Richard arrived with likeable good humour to install the insulation. By lunch time all was done to Rheanna’s satisfaction and mine! I would definitely recommend the firm. On reflection it would have been good to have had a phone call saying they were on their way.
great service from all the team no pressure sales two lads came two days later and where very friendly and explained what they doing two or three hours they where done and they cleaned up after them to they showed us the loft we noticed a defiance straight away nothing was to much trouble my dog got out and they helped me to get her back in. i would recommend this company and there team 100%.
