And I see that the sending was only done on June 18th, after a very useful contact via your site. It is the 22nd...And when I claimed a refund... So this is not serious or professional on your part. It's even dishonest. You did receive my emails from a second address that I wrote to you from. And I also exchanged with one of your advisers, 2 weeks ago. I leave my review until I receive my order. But I'm really disappointed. It's unfortunate that you have to go public to win this case.

Service was quick to confirm order and secure payment information. Communication was good on when order was shipped, tracking information, and expected delivery date. Items arrived as expected.
Transaction was flawless. Vendor follows up on purchase very promptly and every staff who called to confirm payment etc. was extremely polite and patient. The payment method took a bit to go through but that was because I chose to use a check instead of a credit card. Would definitely buy through this vendor again.
