Unfortunately it was not a good experience. The purchase process was convoluted; then the product took almost 3 months to finally arrive.
Careprost works great and is a good value. The only complaint for me would be that shipping takes a little longer than I’m used to but other than that it’s amazing!

Great customers service and products are great
The company sent my package with my name on it to the wrong address. I couldn't talk to a live person to figure out where's my package. The online chat session wasn't helpful and in defense mode like I'm lying. I had made several attempts to contact the post office in my area and this morning I got some help. The supervisor found the package but it had my name on it the wrong address. So I will NEVER order from this company ever again.

Received goods fast, unfortunately my bank stopped payment and have been unable to pay for my goods.
All was good with the exception of the calls concerning my payment. I had a cashiers check, as I am not comfortable giving my account information, nor my credit card information. It was a holiday weekend, so mail was slower than normal, thus the payment took 3 days to reach California. I will be placing another order tonight, and getting a cashiers check to pay for it. An email to confirm that payment was received and my order is on the way is sufficient. Phone calls to make sure I have sent payment isnt necessary.
