I did not use the product but I bought it for a friend. It was a friend of mine. She did not like it, in the beginning, saying that it was such a hassle to use or maybe she just didn't know how to use it. After a few more days or maybe weeks, she started seeing changes. Not much but a little. The product is good. I think I just have a broken friend. haha
