I order Careprost all this time from this company without any trouble. I was little bummed that they were now charging shipping due to COVID-19 issues. The additional cost is hard to absorb. However, the company made up for it in the shipping time - amazing quickness through customs and arrived in less than 3 weeks. I contacted customer service through chat to verify shipping and they were very kind about it. Their customer service is always 110%.
