We recently placed an order with Concordia Supply. It was only our second time ordering and our Tax Exemption Certificate had expired. I called customer service to inquire about the process of renewing it and was told I would receive temporary status that would be updated once they had received our new certificate. I placed my order, sent the current certificate and was pleasantly surprised to receive notification that it been approved within hours of submission. The estimated delivery time was 4-6 days. Imagine my surprise when I received our delivery the next day!
