I received MY order in a timely manner the only thing the shirt was to small.

The customer service rep who took my order was polite and professional. I received the order email so I could track it and it was delivered exactly as I was told. I've been at Ebenezer for 20 years and have always had good service and good quality from Concordia.

Previously I had ordered new communion ware which arrived when promised, well packaged and exactly as advertised. I was very happy with the entire process. But, I had ordered two of a wrong item. So I called Concordia and the young lady who I talked with quickly provided a return authorization for the wrong items, and reordered the correct items for me. The entire experience has been quick, easy and very satisfactory. I'm very happy with Concordia Supply.

When I placed my order Concordia was out of part of it, they kept communicating with me about when the order would be shipped. Then, when it came the baptismal candles were not exactly what is pictured on the website and I wanted to return them, again I had good communication about how to return them. In the end I decided to keep the candles because I believe Emkay now longer manufactures the candle in the style with the decal I wanted. Concordia is to be commended for excellent customer service and good price points.

I ordered a case of plain white candles for my senior-citizen disabled brother, in case his power/lights cut out during hurricane season. They are just the right size for him, and high quality. He was so happy to receive them, and joked that there were so many in a case he might just pass away before he could use them all!

This was my first time ordering from Concordia Supply. Ordered 8 sets of bulletins (500 each) and they were delivered in 2 weeks. The bulletins are very nice and the quality is very good. Plan on ordering more for December.

My previous supplier quit selling weekly church bulletin covers. I quickly went into a search, and found Concordia Supply. I saw a wide variety of what I needed. Ordering was easy, and my shipment arrived on time.
