Senior adults were having trouble with the Lord's Supper elements we were ordering. We found the elements that have the wafer on the bottom and the juice tab separate. What a difference it has made for so many of the members to open!

Very easy website to navigate, customer service and support was great for a follow up question. Email correspondence with a representative was friendly and attentive.
My order was taken but I did have to call back after receiving an email of the invoice. I had ordered 2 copies of a product but only 1 was on the order, which had already been shipped. The matter was handled promptly and the product was shipped separately. The invoice was also changed and all is fine.

My go-to religious supply store went out of business. It was an amazing store but could not compete with on-line sales. Concordia was the only site I could find that sold flower charts for churches. My order arrived in a very timely manner and was in great condition. Please continue to stock them. I can't get them any where else!
