Didn’t get the tracking e mail, had to call in to get info, was not sent ups like the site indicated but sent usps instead which arrived two days later than the estimated arrival indicated when I placed order. Great flags, just a little slow on shipping.

We have purchased several hundred flags from Collins Flags and have been very satisfied. We have a program were our Vietnam Veterans of American Chapter and the Veterans of Foreign Wars share in purchasing flags to exchange free of charge to replace worn, torn or tattered flags in our community. We have been doing this for several years and are very satisfied with the quality of the flags and service we receive from Collins Flag.

I have been taking care of my churchs’ flags for almost 30 years. I started out buying one set of NYLON flags and "trimming & hemming" (repairing) the flags when needed and immediately putting them back on the flagpoles. (I am a veteran and WILL NOT fly frayed flags!) When I did this, I needed about three sets a year IN MY PARTICULAR CASE. When I bought two sets of NYLON flags and repaired them as needed but put up the other set of flags and let one set "rest", I could get by on two sets a year. I hesitated on buying POLYESTER flags because of the cost, but finally broke down and bought two sets of POLY flags. WOW!!! It was MUCH longer between repairs and IN MY CASE, the flags lasted almost two years. Even though the polyester flags cost more than nylon, they more than make up for the cost in the longer life. Buy poly, you won't be sorry.
