They created a new account for me and processed my order in a timely manner. My flag arrived in just a few days. Ordering flags is very easy and they arrived very quickly. They are a good quality too. We've ordered flags from Collins Flags for several years and have always had a good experience.

Flags arrived on time and great quality.

After waiting 20 days and no product, I called and was told the item was out of stock. That would have been nice to know...via email or phone call. Now I'm a week out from my event and called them to find out the above information. They did agree to send a substitute item of same quality. Hope it gets here in time

Everything I wanted was a easily found on their web page! When I called they responded by asking some one else to confirm the answer to my question. As indicated I had my complete order in two days with free shipping!!!

Due to recent rain, wind, and sun our military flags began to look faded and the ends started to get torn. The flags were needed since all the military and the USA flags are flown at all times at Good Samaritan Village. The package of flags were delivered in a few days. Two of the flags were on back order and arrived in about a week. The flags were of good quality. Please thank all the workers at Collins for making the display of flags possible. The Good Samaritan Veterans and the residents like to see all the flags in good condition and waving in the breeze. Everyone in your company deserves a five star rating!!!
