Placed order for flags 2 weeks prior and never received a call or email to confirm to us that our order would be on back order so therefore could take up to 4 weeks to receive our order. At first it was slow going but our second call was great service and she corrected all the errors from our first representative we spoke with and they were able to ship our flags out within a couple of weeks past due but she expedited them to ensure that we didn't have to wait any longer, I would have gave them 5 stars but the no call or email about flag order status was a downfall especially since we had customers waiting for this order.

Found Collins Flags through a Google search. Website was easy to navigate and I found what I needed quickly. We purchased 288 of the 12" x 18" US Flag w/ Spear Tip. Price was excellent and with free shipping. I received through communications through the order, shipping process and our flags arrived quickly and well packaged. Would definitely recommend Collins and we will use them again.

I've bought flags from Collins and I recently purchased the 03050 model, 3' x 5' Poly Cotton US Flag. I am impressed with the quality, the bright colors, overall construction and the very reasonable price. And, most importantly, MADE in the USA!! At the price offered most everybody can afford to fly the US flag at their home.
