I have not installed this flagpole yet, so I can not comment on that aspect. I found this flagpole to be reasonably priced and the initial discount made it an obvious choice. It is as described in the write-up of the item. The instructions are very clear to understand. Only time will tell IF this stands up to the winds of our area, but I fully expect that it will. The greatest aspect of working with this company is that the second day after I ordered this product it was delivered to my house. I call that GREAT SERVICE.
