I was promised a 10 dollar discount if I purchased 100 dollars worth of merch. discount was applied on computer but not on confirmation or final receipt. My email was never returned.

The American flag is great but the Oregon state flag seems a little bigger and looks funny flying under the American flag.

I placed my order on line. The next day I receive a phone call confirming my order. It was pointed out to me there was a choice that wasn’t clear at that time ion the website. I was given an option to change my order that could save me money. My only regret I didn’t write the persons name down so I could mention her in this review. Ordering: The personal attention I received is a lost art in today's "technology-driven" world. Representative stayed on the phone with me until I figured out what I wanted. Very helpful. No sales, just education. Shipping: Extremely quick. Ordered 13 flags and 13 shadow boxes. Collins folded the flags and put them in the shadow boxes for me. They look amazing. Packaging was virtually indestructible. Six reinforced individual triangle shaped boxes inside a larger square box. Product: Phenomenal. Solid wood construction. Looks beautiful up close and on display. Pricing: Very fair. Because I am still active the Air Force Reserves, Collins afforded me GSA pricing. Significant savings.
