The Service has been fantastic for the last couple of months deliveries are good, timely and well priced as I always pay for the express service. The prices are good & I enjoy the fact that you done get passed from pillar to post when you call. Cheep good quality
I found that Collister and Glover had just what I needed in Brass Compression Couplings,so I bought a 35mm to 1.25" Elbow for a prototype engineering,not plumbing,appliaction. I neede to examine and measure the partbefore buying more,so delivery has enabled me to make a rapid judgement.. I shall certainly be buying from Colglo in future.

I'm writing this review after my third delivery in as many days. Like with all first time purchasers there is always that risk that things don't go as you expect. Forget these worries when you shop here, fast, professional service, with a great product range. You are always kept informed of deliveries and any stock issues if they arise, if they stock what you are looking for then shop here with confidence!
I feel that once my order is sent, someone is trying their best to process it as quickly as they can.
Collister & Glover is flexible enough to add the bits you forget to an order. For me it was the MDPE pipe inserts! Extensive product line with good prices.

I needed some help, I was asked some basic questions and some advice was offered. The parts were needed urgently but to be fair I was asking for the impossible. Delivery of the parts has since been made and they're great....thankyou!
Spoke to a helpful and knowledgeable chap when I rang to check a few points, then used the online ordering facility - very straight-forward. They rang to point out that one item I ordered was on several weeks lead time, an equivalent was in stock, so we changed it. Prompt delivery too. Good old-fashioned Customer Service! (I thought it was obsolete!)
I purchased a fitting that was wrong, so I returned it and it was exchanged promptly. Unfortunately I assumed the diameter of the fitting was measured across the thread and not the pipe diameter. This one is far too big and as I have spent about £16 on something that is no good to me. It is not worth paying any more on a £2-3.00 fitting and I will write it off. "The first loss is the best loss". No complaint about the service.

Ordered goods urgently needed for a site job. No show after 1 week. Called and was told out of stock and would be dispatched next day. 2 days later still no goods. Called again and told they would be dispatched for pm delivery next day. Told them this was no good as men on site waiting. Had to get a manager to sign off 9 am next day delivery. Arrived at 11.30 am next day. When I pointed out that they should inform customers that they do not have goods in stock I was told it was not their policy. Well, my policy is never to buy from Colglo again.
Having used this company in the past I knew that they were reliable and they continue to be.
