Love our new sofa and chair. The shipping however did not match the quality of the furniture. Poor communication and the drivers were over-worked and over-loaded. .

I was truly excited about my purchase. But, I had specific perameters that had to be met. On the website I saw the dimensions of the couch and to be sure I could get the couch into my space I came home and measured my door space. I live in a unit that has an adjacent unit and a rather narrow stairwell to get the couch in. After my checking the specifications online and at home I placed the order. I felt confident it would work. The next morning I get an email from coddle asking me to please confirm if I wanted this couch. In there I see the specifications of the couch and it is COMPLETELY different. I called the number listed and the young lady I spoke with was so UNHELPFUL. I informed her of my situation and all she did was say, well, if your not sure about the size I don't think this couch is for you. No help whatsoever so I cancelled my order. To say I was deeply upset is an understatement but I felt like the company did not want to offer any assistance. The nonchalant attitude I received when calling to discuss my issue was just DISRESPECTFUL! Just straight up, doesn't sound like this couch is for you was condescending and belittling, like I don't know what I am talking about. To get an email asking me to confirm is one thing, I would think submitting my order was confirmation enough. But, to then be spoken to the way I was, that in and of itself is enough for me to hope that this company fails miserably! I know it's harsh to say but to make a customer feel the way I was left to feel, I can only hope no one else is subjected to that.

Love the Coddle Couch, it’s very comfortable and sturdy.

Great flexible couch The Coddle is super well made and easy to convert from sofa to loveseat to sleeper in seconds. It certainly lives up to the assembly promise - 4 clicks and a flip. You just click in the pins on the sturdy metal legs - they even come with leather fingertip covers so you don't clip your finger as you push in the retractible pin (they should explain what these are because we were confused) - and then you flip it over. Done! My only possible complaints are that it takes some getting used to maneuvering the up and down to have the seat back lock into the appropriate position. Once you understand the mechanics it isn't complicated but definitely confused me for the first few attempts. Moreover, the legs do permanently extend pretty far past the edge of the upright seat position, but I suppose this is a cost that gives the benefit of simple reclining flat to a sleeper. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend! The ottoman is quite nice too, but a little pricy for what it is. I think they could justify the price more for the ottoman if they added a hinge and some storage but not sure how this would impact durability.

Exceptional product and service (e.g.,Coddle staff called me w/in minutes of receiving the couch to make sure everything went well)! We had purchased a similarly priced couch from Walmart online, the first order/couch was lost en route. When it finally arrived it was damaged...the quality was poor so we weren't too upset to send it back.The Coddle couch arrived w/in days of ordering. The couch is packaged/boxed beautifully and simply just like an Apple product. It is very well built, comfortable, and versatile (e.g., power outlets on both sides, the back/sides are adjustable, etc.).This company is doing it right! Service and product are so well thought out! As in many other reviews, Lillian is the 5-star general. She never loses her calm reassuring manner, even in the face of jaded, snarky consumers like me. She is a refreshing wake up call that there is a world of excellent merchandise outside of an Amazon warehouse. It took a lot for me to cheat on Jeff Bezos, but now after Lilian’s gentle initiation, I’M A FREE AGENT! And I will definitely return for more Coddling.

Outstanding ordering, delivery and set up. The couch is beautiful and so comfortable. We also ordered the topper. So comfy! The sofa creativity and workmanship are terrific.

Coddle is awesome!! First, their website is very user friendly and has such a simple yet professional layout. I took advantage of their holiday special and purchased the sofa, ottoman, chair, and 2 king size pillows. The buying process is very easy. The next day one of their reps called me to verify my purchase, and address for shipment. Furniture arrived in a weeks time, very fast considering I'm in Florida and they're in California. Unboxing and setup as easy as you see in their videos. Just connect the legs and flip over. I got the red leather. Very high quality leather and very comfortable, not stiff and tight. Best part is, lay the pieces flat and they double as a bed!! Very satisfied with my purchase and this company

Love the couch. I could see when the couch arrived that it is engineered with great thought just by looking at the packing. Even the little finger protectors for putting the legs on is a great touch. Arrived with no problems, instructions are great and easy to setup. I would recommend to anyone that this is a great product.

Too thin for me. Thru the night it feels like it gets thinner. Love the feel of the pillow. Just too thin.

We have the 11inch double-sided mattress. Just transitioned from the Casper and couldn't be happier. A huge key is that this is double-sided, whereas the Casper and many of the new age mattresses are not. This actually doubles your usage time and needs to be a major consideration in your purchase algorithm. It checks all the boxes in terms of comfort and temperature. Absolute highest recommendation!

i was misinformed, i seen the pillow on pickler and ben show, it was represented as a cooling pillow, it is not what i expected, it is however very comfortable and soft, no smell good quality - if it only remained cool it is also not as firm as i need as my head feels the mattress through it but it is a very nicely made and good for others who are not specifically looking for cooling affects

We really like our pillows and will probably order the mattress too.

Love these pillows. I ordered the standard as I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders and the king would have been too much for me. Sleeping so much better.
