Company Details

First off the company has great customer service. If I were only rating that, it would be five stars... Unfortunately, while the service is great, the product leaves a lot to be desired... First up is the bonded leather... This feels super-cheap, and will fool no one used to sitting on the quality full grain stuff. I have felt some bonded leather that comes relatively close, but not this version at all, sadly. I could forgive the cheap bonded leather, if the cushioning were superior, but sadly the “memory foam” is completely insufficient and too thin to provide proper cushioning. Lastly, the adjustability that is the main selling point, is not very useful. The angles that you have to sit at are completely uncomfortable, with very little adjustability. So all in all, I think this is a product selling for way too much money for what you receive. Too bad.

The couch is fantastic. I would highly recommend.
