The sofa is very versatile and comfortable. The only thing is it sits a little high. I’m 5 6” so if it was an inch lower it would be 5 stars.

Solid and substantially made. Super packing and easy setup. Seat depth is a bit short when set for sitting straight up-like a bench carseat- better in recline position mode when arms can come up.
5 months in, very impressed. It looks nice and is starting to wear slightly, The quality of the leather is better than discount stores, in my opinion. You aren't quite getting a designer brand with the gjemini, but it appears to be. Would definitely suggest it to a friend.

We are impressed with the qualIty and function of these couches. Decided to purchase 2 couches and an ottoman. Works great when you have guests to sleepover. The plugins are incredibly handy. The little ones can play on these with quick clean up and no worries.

Couch is great. Delaying delivery seemed to create communication challenges between Gjemeni and the delivering carrier.

Great couch! It’s comfortable and looks great! The only thing I would change, the plug is not as tight as I would like. My computer charger keeps falling out. Other than that, it’s great!
Your delivery people completely messed up our new house. Then your representative called me when they left to ask how the service was, and I said well actually not great they dented our bannisters scratched our floors walls and doors upstairs. She said they would reimburse us in some way if I sent the pictures which I did - then she never responded back after 2 emails. That was a pure display of being dishonest. You guys suck.
The delivery people who delivered our order first damaged it in the process of bringing it into the house. This company made me go after their delivery company for compensation. I think it should've been handled by the company where I bought my couch from.
Love this piece of furniture. Modern, classy, sturdy snd versatile. So glad I found Gjemeni!
we love the whole gjemeni set. it's comfortable and handsome. the only problem for us is that the 'almost' leather is more delicate than we expected and has been damaged by our cats. we have real leather furniture and this does not happen. now we have to have covers over the gjemeni to protect them from the cats and to hide the damage. something we weren't expecting. oh well.

The white glove delivery was sub par. Only one man was sent. He could not get the couch into the room I had designated. I decided to have him leave it in my living room to try it out there. The couch is NOT AT ALL EASY to fold and unfold. I am a senior citizen and found it impossible to fold up and down. It took a long time to get Gjemeni to schedule a pick up. One email and 2 calls later they did schedule the pick up but again they sent one man who struggled to get it out of my house. I do not recommend.

I depend on a couch cause of my back and hips and it is very comfy but I just wish the arms come up more. I have to use 3 pillows to stay straight up. Other then that it's really nice.
This is an expensive click-clack sofa bed. And you’d expect a quality product, prompt and efficient delivery. It al starts with the delivery. I live on the L’Anse Indian Reservation in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The delivery took about one month, preceded by serveral calls from the shipping company telling me it was delayed - but now the nightmare begin. They sent one guy in a van who dropped his end as we were pulling the box out of a van that he’d driven all the way from Milwaukee- 300 miles. He left and my 140 pound sofa sat in the snow... I managed to get it into my detached garage and that’s where it’s been ever since. Absolutely unacceptable! I’d like to evaluate the actual sofa - but it’s still in the box.
