Took them hours to respond the first time, clunky software. We found a local company that took care of us in 5 minutes, sent them the info ISF was done in no time with honest pricing. NOW I CANT CANCEL THE ACCOUNT AND THEY KEEP EMAILING ME. Beware.

Our assigned person Leo spent whole days not getting back to us meanwile our cargo was recieving storage fees in airport. Would request documents that we had already uploaded to thier site. Worst service ever, go elsewhere.

I've dealt with ClearIt USA at least 7 times and it is easy, understandable, and responsive. The customs specialist are great 'paper pushers', the process straightforward, and so far, always successful.

Multiple people handling one case. People don’t talk to each other. Every day somebody will come and say, you’re missing this form, then you fulfill the missing requirement, then the next day it’s something else and so on while they could tell you from the beginning, here are all the items we need. THEN… comes communication, I didn’t feel any bit of urgency dealing with my case. ZERO! You keep sending emails over emails then they eventually respond while they are upset with this crazy pain in the neck customer…

They cleared my shipment from China, and I couldn't;t be happier with the whole process. Highly recommended.

I have worked with 4 different customs agents and Clearit has been by far the worst. Probably work ok if you are dealing occasionally with simple shipments, but if it is a more complicated import, or anything goes wrong, they do NOT go the extra mile to save you time and money. I have had several issues with them and they often have slow responses and seem impossible to get ahold of over the phone. Absolutely would not recommend.

My experience has been great because my clearance was obtained. One thing they can do better by have a phone number that can be used to reach out to CS. And provide more information on what is needed upfront to avoid any delay

Its a good customs brokerage service as long as everything goes smoothly Communication seems very slow to me, and much of what they do is not very transparent I bought an annual bond from them on account registration. It generated a ticket, which was marked complete. A few days later I was still charged for a single entry bond without any sort of notice. When I asked about this they referred me to the process I had already completed during account registration.

Just need to reduce the time between questions and the response to them.
