Absolutely horrible communication! They had weeks to get me the forms and assistance I needed to clear my import before it arrived at port and they kept telling me the same thing about what forms I had to fill out but with zero help on what information goes where. I had to submit and fill out all the forms for my import myself!!!! Thats why I hired these people!!!! My import ended up having a hold put on it due to these issues! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY if importing anything of more value!!!! I ended calling customs myself and got help from them and hired a legitimate broker

They didn't seem to know how to process my ISF. Kept asking me for more information over 3 days. I finally gave up and used another company and it processed my forms in 10 minutes.

The experience was great. Using your service was easy. Uploading requested documents, checking status of a shipment and communicating. Even though you don't have a direct phone number, communication was regular and replies prompt. I did find that sometimes the service agent did not answer questions directly or gave a vague answer. That is with the exception of Andres who communicated very well and thoroughly. If there there is anything I would suggest it would be that service reps take more time making sure answers were complete and to provide an FAQ section that would be extra helpful. It would allay much anxiety over the unknown parts of the process for those of us who have not imported anything in the past things in the past.

Why does your website offer the option to create a hand carry formal entry but when you hop on a chat with a general question for customer service... They then inform that they cannot process this method. Complete waste of time going through the entry set up and I've deleted my account.

It took far too long to get customs clearance, 2 weeks is a long time when you are paying daily storage fees

Was going relatively smooth when everything was normal but with a container exam from customs, communication so far has become slow and unhelpful. Seems the urgency we have for the container isn't translating to them. Some times they respond within minutes of posting a message, other times it takes hours to full days. UPDATE: I had three stars for what I wrote above. However I was receiving no assistance so I eventually emailed customs directly. I received a response within 2 hours from them and was able to get my container moving. I had asked clearit to reach out to customs and they said they would but I never heard anything.

Clearit completed all the paperwork and submitted it properly and our item was released from Customs with no issues upon pickup. The customs pickup area was several hours away so we wanted to be sure all was good before making the trip and Clearit met those expectations. Our one reservation was the fact that it took about 48 hours for the process to be complete and I had seen a description that most are complete in 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, some of the paperwork we submitted needed some clarification so that could have been part of the issue. We received responses from our chat inquires. I would use clearit again and was quite satisfied. If our next clearance is quicker, I'll be even more excited. :)

Registration was easy. Directions were clear and the process was easy. We were not expecting to have to set up a customs broker, but Clearit made an unexpected and unwanted duty easy. This was the first time for us to use a broker that was strictly online. We will do this from now on.

Clearit is a game changer when it comes to the complicated and opaque world of international shipping and clearance. My only minor gripe is, even though the system is pretty streamlined, a few well thought out Loom videos showing new-comers the process and steps would be invaluable.

Your website was a little misleading. It said from 30 minutes to 3 hours if it was little complicated. Also you didn't furnish me with all of the documents that I needed and had to make another trip to the airport. You support base is located on the East Coast which means the hours that I needed help were from 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pacific time. this are things you should let people know so that they may pick someone in their local time zone. If it weren't that I didn't have too much time to pick up my freight I would have cancelled everything. Because I wasn't given the Delivery Order timely, I had to pay for an extra day of storage. I will be importing again and I can tell you that I will use someone else's services.
