Dongle for headphones damaged and not working, headphones extremely dirty. Item returned and awaiting refund issued which was completed without any problems.

Horrible taking so long for delivery and the shop is 45 minutes away from the car with me and it’s taking 8 days to deliver in the country

The order was confirmed on Tuesday the 17th of December. I received an email on Saturday the 21st of December saying that 2 of the items I had ordered (that were listed as in stock) were cancelled because they weren't in stock. The rest was supposed to have been shipped that day, however, the tracking for some of the items said A Post hadn't received them yet. I received half the order on the 24th of December, another item on the 30th of December, and the rest I still haven't received - and for one item An Post still says they haven't received it despite me receiving a tracking number for it. Update: The missing items finally arrived on the 31st, but the unlocked phone turns out to be locked, so the saga continues.

Just a week ago I was complaining about getting the wrong hot dog figure for skylanders which I'm still waiting on my money back Then I ordered a legendary bouncer figure for €15!?? Which is already outrageous on its own, add on top of that the scam delivery cost and I paid €18.50 for it to be the wrong figure AGAIN OH MY GOD. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING THIS IS SO ANNOYING. None of my feedback is being applied. You clearly don't care about your consumers. You don't send me a figure worth not even a half of what I ordered??? I want my money back now I am absolutely not wasting my time sending this back it's getting thrown out. Why was it ever bought,listed,processed and packaged to me??? Just a joke lazy workers lazy company. I want to launch an investigation into why this has happened 30 times to me its simply not fair at all. I want an actual response to my problems not corporate slop. Actual joke of a place. Stay away don't even consider buying from ever. I certainly won't be going near them in 2025 unless this is resolved
