It's been 9 days since I've placed the order. Haven't received the product yet, I probably won't receive it this week. It's been 5 business days. There is no product to review, they sent me this to review my order, that I haven't received. But this order experience has been absolutely dreadful.

I was sold a faulty product. My daughter asked for a kindle, which I bought from CEX in Northside shopping centre. The kindle was still sealed/unopened from the previous owner traded it to CEX. So no testing took place before I purchased it. Kindle got opened by a very excited child on Xmas morning but it didn't work. We tried for hours to connect it to no avail. CEX in Drogheda refunded my total amount instantly. They were very helpful.

Ordered six wii games, none of them are readable on my console, likely due to the amount of scratches on the disks. Why sell them if they are damaged? Atleast make sure they work first?

absolutely outrageous for online buying. This is the second time I've purchased a item that was unavailable . I have a autistic son who has been waiting for this since Christmas Day! Disappointed is not even how I feel
I bought 3 tablets for my children and neither tablet will accept updates from playstore and neither will install apps such as YouTube kids or Netflix. You can imagine the disappointment when they opened their Xmas gifts but had to be told there was nothing that could be done with their tablets bar look at them. Extremely disappointed 7 and 4 year old.

Very quick response. I ordered originally on the website only to have my order cancelled due to the stock not actually being in store. When I checked again it was infact in stock just a different location. I assume it had been put on the site wrong. I ordered again and it was dispatched immediately. A quick refund was issued for the original order. My product arrived quickly in good packaging. Great service despite the stocking error.

Really happy with a pink 3DS XL. This console is over a decade old though finding one isn’t too difficult, finding one in this good condition and in my desired colour can be. The console came with a case, game holders, a large pen-like stylus and a charger — all in a complimentary pink! I’ve been playing it daily since Christmas and I’ve had no issues — I could change the SD Card no problem, the card reader works, 3D feature and picture looks amazing, charging port works and all sorts of games have been running. My only complaint (?) is that the memory of the console hadn’t been wiped, somebody else’s information was on it and I had to reset it manually, but this doesn’t really bother me. Very happy with this purchase from CEX!
