Received completely different headphones to what I ordered. Product and price did not match the picture and name on the website, surprised staff didn’t notice. Very obliging to refund when I raised it with them.

I bought games yesterday In store the customer service was great and I was able to get rid of loads of games that I didn't want anymore and didn't play. The staff were absolutely amazing. They are also very quick about letting you know when a game is back in stock which is very helpful.

Wouldn't buy of them again got a broken controller that had drift had to sell back to them as wouldn't change bought one online for it to arrive broken cracked buttons and no grips for the price I was discussed got brand new online for half price

My apple penicl came and it was broken. Everytime I plugged it in it needed to be re paired and wouldn't charge at all.
Ordered a sprocket printer that was listed as Grade A from the website, hadn't bought from this site before so was a bit sceptical but printer arrived in perfect condition bar a few stains on the box. Highly recommend!
