I am extremely disappointed with the service. I was asked to review the ASROCK Radeon RX 7900 XTX Gaming 24GB GDDR6, but I never even received it! Instead, I’ve faced numerous issues: receiving the wrong item, long delays in resolving the situation, and minimal assistance from customer support. The promises of a quick resolution were empty, and the return process offered is inconvenient and unnecessarily prolonged. If I had actually received the product, I might have been able to leave a positive review, but unfortunately, my experience with CeX has been entirely negative. I will be very cautious about placing any future orders, if I even consider using your services again

This is a very responsible and reputable store. I have bought here many times in different European countries. We had different situations: exchanges, returns, sales and purchases. And in all cases, Cex behaved very professionally.

I purchased both Ghost of Tsushima and a PS5 controller. I was happy with the game, but the controller given to me was in poor shape with quite a bit of external damage. One that was in good condition was displayed for the same price, but they staff was clearly trying to unload the damaged controller on me. The employee even scoffed a bit when I immediately returned it. The refund was issued promptly at least.

My recent CEX experience was strange. I first stopped in the Newbridge branch and asked for the product and the shop assistant said they didn't have the product in-store and to check their website to make the order to he delivered within 3 business to my home or it could be less if I choose the delivery to be one of the shop locations. After I left and got back in my car I made the order as advised and chose the products to be deliveredtothesame locationfp4 me to collect. A few hours later, I received an email stating the products was ready for collection in Newbridge. I was confused and delighted at the same time! Why was the products be ready in just a few hours after ordering it thru the website at the very location that I was already in before?? This was a birthday present for one of my daughters and she's happy with the products. However, please inform your shop assistants to be more thorough when a customer makes a request, and this will save time and fuel in this day and age where both are valuable resources!

There was a slight glitch with the game but worked ok then but that probably would not have been a CeX fault unless the disc was damaged by them.

Whenever I plan on buying any sort of tech item, CEX is my go to place. I can nearly always find what I'm looking for. The website is easy to use and everything arrives so quickly. The products are always at an excellent standard, for a lower cost than brand new and I always feel I'm helping the environment by reusing these items.

Things are not checked here. I got an Applemac and there was no operating system on it. I brought it back and asked was it not checked. They are not routinely so I paid for a box. They could not put the software on it so I got my money back. Not great a few days before Christmas. I ended up buying a new one. The only plus about this experience was Chloe in Santry who was so helpful. I would not buy anything from here again. Beware

Fast delivery considering I ordered Over the Christmas and new year period order was dispatched the same day my only criticism is that I had to Google how to set up my product as it came with no instructions but it was easy to find
