I've shopped both online and in the store, and both times it was a great experience. My online purchase was here days early, and the store was clean and welcoming....the staff were polite and helpful, but not overbearing. Great experience.
Honestly I used to love them. But January 1st 2023 I ordered an item I was charged. It’s been a month no item no emails and I try to contact via website get no response it’s frustrating because it’s an expensive items I clearly paid for so where is my iteam?!!!
I went in looking for one thing and obviously came out with way more than I needed but was so excited I got helped from Kat! She answered all my questions and we even shared a couple of laughs made my experience comforting pleasurable and will definitely be back!
I purchased an item a month ago Got it home Plug it in And it never Worked I called the store to ask what do I do They ask me If anybody Checked it before I bought this item To make sure it worked I said no I contacted the Main store warehouse And they said How to send it back I shipped it It cost me $23 to ship item they never reimburse me I contacted them To ask if they Got the item They said they haven't received it It should have arrived A week ago It's very disappointing how they handle Situations like this I will not Recommend This store to anyone
