You ayes for overnight took today's to get package
Ordered 2 items Sunday night, arrived Tuesday (probably am, passed a FedEx ground truck checking building numbers on my way out.). As described, plain Box, no return address. Good going.
I like the difference in price from other site and shipping could be a little less
My significant other and I first discovered Castle not long after they opened their Tacoma, WA store, and were highly impressed. She was concerned (based on experiences with other stores selling "adult novelties") that the store would be dark, dingy, and filled with sleazy and predatory perverts--the reality was that Castle was anything but. Their actual stores are well-lit, wide open (and wheelchair accessible, something important to us because of her being disabled), and very welcoming, and the staff was clean, polite, knowledgeable, and very friendly and helpful but didn't pressure us into buying anything we didn't want. Their website is also clearly laid out and well organized, enabling online shoppers to quickly find what they're looking for without any hassle. The website also provides a nice amount of information where possible about the items being sold, and their homepage has links to pages that offer useful information about selecting and caring for adult "toys" safely in an easy-to-understand format. Prices for the items they sell are very competitive and reasonable, and their returns policy is reasonable. Obviously they cannot accept any sex toys that have been opened for safety reasons, but other items can be returned without too much hassle as long as you follow their rules. Overall, I would highly recommend Castle Megastore for anyone looking for sex toys, lingerie, or x-rated movies, whether in person or online. The employees are happy to help and willing to explain things if you need them to, but won't bother you otherwise. If you've never been into any of their shops, be prepared to be pleasantly surprised, and once you do shop there, don't be surprised if you find yourself coming back again and again just as I have.
It was good and it came fast.
The purchase was easy and the items arrived quick. Not really anything to take a star off, but the box was plainly wrapped very tightly. It almost appeared the box was completely taped over every corner and side and it was difficult to find where to cut. Just a little head scratcher, nothing too terrible.

Package never arrived. They would not refund without filing a claim through UPS, who has harassed us in the past about missing packages.
Using the website is extremely easy and cinvinent. I loved all the products and it arrived early and includes an amazing little bonus. I always reccomened Castle over any other lovers site.

I never got my package and I ordered it on Valentine's Day...
I was stuck picking from 8 outfits, and I looked to Danielle for help because I couldn't make a decision, and she gave me her truthful opinion based on my body type, and what style would compliment me the most. In the end I decided on 4 of the 8 outfits based on her opinions, and suggestions. Well Miss Danielle, I must tell you all of them looked great and you were beyond right. I was sent the wrong item and i called to see if i could return for the right one that i ordered, it was still completely sealed in the package and i was told no sorry but your stuck with the one we sent you because we dont accept returns!! So for the mistake of the company i was stuck with an item that i didnt order and to top it off the item sent wasnt even the same value as the one ordered it was less so i payed more for an item i did not recieve!!
