My wife and I both love shopping at your store and on the website but where we live there isn't a store close by so it makes it very hard to utilize the promos that are in store only especially when there are items that we would like to purchase but can't because they aren't available online.

I was given a gift card. I found out I couldn't use this online. However, the customer service staff was able to make it into a code I could use online.

I have been going there for a couple of years and to seminares on toys they have treated and answered question when i have been there, my women feel comfortable there and that is a plus to me
My experience was great,I had an idea what I was looking for and got a few extras,the store is clean,well lit and not at all creepy to shop at,it was comfortable for the most part, sometimes the employees seem a little pushy to offer constant advice and to show off products....sometimes I like to be left alone while shopping
