After I had taken my new toy into the shower with me I noticed water had gotten into the insides of the rotator beads. Also water had gotten into the battery area and all of the batteries were wet. So I quickly cleaned and dried everything off left the bottom part open to air out. Haven't taken it back into the shower with me but I had to throw the vibrator away because mildew started to grow around the rotating beads and rust formed from where the batteries got wet... so I'm just kinda upset after one time of being taken in the shower not put under water it would leak and damage.

Buying in the store my experiences have been great, but I ordered an item and it came broken. To try and return it has been very difficult and I still have a broken product. Wouldn't recommend online ordering. Within hours of my review I got a response to call with some information on date purchased and such and was shipped a new item. So I change my rating to great product and customer service.
