The colors aren't showing as they should. Disappointed! This is the third time I have purchased these colors, and they are always no good, so I use black and white. It doesn't matter where they are purchased from.

It was easy to find my cartridges, easy to order and pay and delivery was quick. The only complaint I have is with Hewlitt Packard NOT with "Cartridges Direct". My HP printer (Office Jet 6956) is NOT recognising the brand new HP ink cartridges that I just bought and installed! The result? I still can NOT print! That's REALLY frustrating.
