As I ordered the wrong cartridges I then needed to exchange them but being elderly I wasn’t sure how to do this so I rang and the lovely lady did it all for me , I was so thankful.
Biggest issue is getting my HP printer to work as normal with non-standard cartridges. It really does appear to be a version of 3rd part forcing, in this case, I suppose 1st party forcing. Has this issue ever been considered by the ACCC?
