I bought this printer on the 12th April and an email came acknowledging that with a tracking number that did not work. After a matter of weeks passed I messaged Cartridge Direct in their website. I got several automated replies and finally I got an answer that the issue would be looked into. Nothing happened. After a search O found the carrier of the parcel, rang them and found that Cartridge Direct had requested the return of the printer to the supplier!!! Why? I rang Cartridge Direct, and a lady answered me and while I tried to explain the issue she continually talked over me I asked why she was talking over me but that didn't stop her. She offered me a refund. I told her that I didn't buy the printer to get a refund. Apparently, the parcel had been in Lismore NSW. If I had known, I would have easily picked it up from there. Finally, in frustration, I accepted he refund! The refund was the only part of the Cartridge Direct system that worked and the following morning I had a host of emails saying that was in progress. (though I haven't got the money yet) Cartridge Direct, Never Again!

Three months after buying original HP replacement Tri-Colour ink cartridges and then installing them into my HP printer, an error popped up stating the cartridge couldn't communicate with the printer. After contacting the company, providing the relevant purchase verification's, on returning the corrupt cartridges, they sent me replacements without fuss at no charge.
I use to buy ink , ink EVERY 2 WEEKS ,before COVID . ONLY WHEN IT IS ON SALE JUST UNDER $300.00 DOLLARS , GREAT STAFF @ Melbourne / TOWOMBRA ORDER BEFORE 2.00PM, AND GET IT THE NEXT DAY .? SORRY THEY CUT ME OFF WHILE I WAS DOING THIS REPORT. SO I CALL THIS BAD SERVICE .
