My order was very delayed. I received the initial email that my order had been received. After a number of days had passed I was notified that my order was delayed - no explanation given. My order eventually arrived after approximately two weeks.
The service attendant was very helpful & helped me with the best product to purchase. Also, delivery was very fast even through regular delivery.

After I ordered the wrong part (Google kept taking me to this one) I am not familiar with the inside of a scanner so I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. I contacted Cartridges Direct to see if I could return it for exchange (I was happy to pay the postage) I was told they wouldn't accept it for an exchange nor a refund so I am not happy at all and will not be purchasing from Cartridges Direct again nor will I refer my fellow business associates to them.
Communication was poor. Requested shipping confirmation as it wasn’t automatic and we needed to ensure someone was at the premises to accept the delivery. When tracking email was received, it didn’t provide tracking details. Tracking was eventually provided and it turns out delivery was made the previous day to the wrong address. It was delivered to the property next door. No one was present so it was left on their doorstep unattended.

For the first time ever, I got sent the wrong item than I ordered. I have no issue with proving this, as in sending a pic and emailing, mu issue is that the replacement was not sent express post. For the money I saved, took almost 1.5 weeks to receive. If wrong items are sent, CD should sent replacements as express post.
