Purchased the set of 4 colour toner cartridges for my printer. At time of order Cartridges Direct did not have the full complement. On 10 May, email was received advising that there was about a weeks delay and did I want the one in stock sent or held. It was sent and arrived 2 days later. On 15 May received another email advising remainder of order had shipped. Great customer service. Thank you .

There is always a friendly and helpful staff member when I call to order toner for my photocopier. The products arrive promptly and safely. They are also reasonably priced.
I thought I had bought a HP Printer cartridge. When I put it in the printer it came up with an error 11 and I have found that the cartridge is incompatible. I believe that HP now have software deployed to ensure only HP product. Where do I return/replace it and how? I live in Cairns Qld. Michael 0401144506

Correct cartridges, packed well, better price than elsewhere, slow to send, package arrived approx two weeks after order. So good overall service, but allow two weeks for arrival.
