I love the products, but the fact that I had to sign for them created difficulties for me. It also meant that the only way I could have them redelivered to my door ( a week later) was to postpone an appointment so that I could be at home all day to sign :-( A friend has given me a link to a different brand product so that I won't be disadvantaged again.

Service was good however value was not good. Our local newsagents stock ink at significant reduced prices. I will be using them in the future.
I ordered the toner on 6/6 and received it on 19/6. After several phone calls to someone who was obviously outsourced, I heard a rooster in the background. She said that it was going to be delivered on the days I phone her. But nothing arrived on any of the days. I had to order another toner from Officeworks which was delivered the day after I ordered it. Now I have 2 toners which I didn't want. We had to print all of our invoices from home which was not acceptable. Will not use them again.

Incomplete order received and, upon contacting CD customer service, incredibly disappointing response, implying that I was being dishonest and that the company's packing procedures were beyond reproach. I don't deal with companies that imply I have been dishonest and will not order with CD again.
The order for delivery to Brisbane was misdirected to Perth, when brought to CD attention was told they would have that shipment returned to them and send a new one to me, surprise that never happened. WILL NOT USE AGAIN...........
