Excellent service

When getting my vehicle i wasn’t spoken to until all paperwork was already filled out & in my face to sign i figured ok whatever they are just busy. The next day the car won’t start i take it to a shop & im told the battery is going to blow i bought a new one and it started bubbling i call carhop & they tell me they can only have it towed to a shop and i ask how will i get home “i live two hours away” they said they can’t do anything but tow the car to the shop just unprofessional I’m over it

the overall experience was good. my wife and I did run into a minor issue the following day. it appears the keys that were given to us isn't the original.the vehicle has an alarm that is equipped when the doors are locked. you need a key fob to unlock the vehicle without the alarm going off. my wife called to see about them getting us the proper key and fob combo. They basically said it was our problem and were not willing to cover the cost. basically our options were pay for it ourselves or return the vehicle and get a different one.

The woman that helped me is amazing..she made it possible for me to get a car . I'm very grateful for carhop!! Thank you :)

JFord was a excellent sales representative he is fast on his feet , sweet with his words but makes sires your satisfied with the decisions before agreeing to be committed to the car . He worked mutiple desk at once and got everybody settled and left customers leaving happy .... including me thanks JFord

I had a great experience at car hop with Ryan...he made me feel comfortable and got me financed in 20 minutes...Ryan showed me what car's i qualified for and i was able to drive off in a beautiful 2013 chevy impala..Ryan also explained the contracts i was signing. I will recommend car hop to all my friends and family.
