Lots of bait and switch tactics. If credit is the issue this is not the place to purchase. Very high monthly payments for a high mileage vehicle. IE. Paying $ 8400.00 for a car worth $1600.00. Lots of salvaged products and no car fax provided. Dont consider this option. They set people up to fail.
Horrible experience. After having car that had a price of 6995.00 for three days i find out it needs a motor and a transmiission. Thr only other car they had to offer me wouldnt even start. I asked for my down payment back and they said i had to wait 7 to 10 days. Will not refer anyone to carhop ever. Completely screwed me over

Short staff, only one staff person working. Wait time is extremely long. Staff not able to go with customers to look at cars that are approved. The entire process of going in for a car to walking out with a car too 4+ hours. Car gas was on E when test driving. Immediate service needed on cars.
As soon as I got there I was helped and within the time period I was in my new Ford Edge driving off the lot. It was the best and quickest experience I've had at any dealership.Thanks CarHop

Fast and easy
Good only when you have no where else to go is kind like ur last hope dont reallly recommend it but they do help those in desperate need and at their last string.Meagan was great the car is over mileage and if something happens u will upside down so I dont recommend it unless is ur last hope.
