Sharon Samways was amazing! From first contact to discuss my lease to the final confirmation! She made everything feel seamless, not stressful and willing to go the extra mile. As this vehicle kept getting delayed she out did herself by finding me an alternative vehicle that was in stock and still within my budget/spec I was after. The communication was brilliant with a great amount of updates and phones calls where necessary. Being able to text questions was great and there was always a quick response. Very happy with the service. This will be my second car leased through Car Lease Special Offers and, again, great service. I will consider using them again when the new lease is coming to the end. The leasing consultant, Joe Cooper, was very helpful, and polite, in getting a car for me as near to my original requirement as possible, given the current availability problems, and would give him 5 stars. I hope that the supplying dealer will continue the good service. I have only given 4 stars, though, because something seemed to have gone wrong with the coming to end of lease service of my current contract. No-one came back to me following an email reply I made to a standard email, that stated that I should reply with my options. I therefore had to make an enquiry on the car I was originally interested in via the website as a new customer to be able to start the process. Thankfully, all went well after.

Having sourced my existing car through Wessex Fleet I was happy to use them again to find a replacement vehicle. I discussed my requirements with Jonathan Tomlinson a Leasing Specialist with Wessex Fleet and he has been very helpful and professional. He returned all of my telephone calls and kept me fully informed on the progress of my order.

Very efficient service for ordering car, hopefully the dealer supplying it is as good!

I initially spoke to a lease advisor to enquire about a particular car I was interested in. Chap I spoke to was both friendly and helpful. He subsequently provided me with an official quote in a prompt manner to help source and provisionally reserve an ‘in stock’ vehicle with follow up finance approval and agreements sorted shortly thereafter.

Great service from Ashley and the team. Can't fault it. Good comms, polite, not pushy etc etc. Thank you!
