Excellent service received from CLSO from the get go. Brilliant communication from Ralph with very prompt response to any queries. All documents sent through quickly and all very easy to action via mobile phone. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a lease vehicle deal.

Very well organised and professional company, offering lots of choices at very competitive rates. Any questions were quickly answered by Ralph and then the customer services team provided ongoing help too. During this time of delayed delivery on new cars, Ralph was able to organise a speedier alternative model, which suited us even better. Excellent customer service (I should note - this review is based on experience of completing the PCH order form - and helpful interactions with the team to get this sorted and answer my queries. I can’t speak to the experience of receiving the vehicle etc as that is still a few weeks away)
Sharon has been excellent to work with. From our very first conversation where I explained my predicament and the frustration I felt with the previous company for lack of communication she has gone above and beyond to make sure that I have been informed every step of the way. This company makes everything very Stratford forward to understand and I'm not just waiting for my day official delivery date (where I may post another review of that service). My next lease will definitely be with them again if it all continues to go this smoothly.
I was supported by Grant through the process, he was good at providing reminders and updates to ensure that I was up to date with information and to remind me of what I needed to do. If anything needed to be changed or to obtain a new quote he always completed this quickly and sent the information across the same day.
Our experience was exceptional good from the initial enquiry to the offers we received and the follow up conversation with their representative. Cannot fault the service.

Top class service from start to finish from CLSO. First Sharon S in the sales team, quick to respond, and took the time to answer all my queries fully before signing up. Then when passed onto the customer service team (Adam, Lucy etc) post sale, again, I was kept up-to date well and were very quick to respond and action a few niggles on delivery.
