I have received great service so far. Ashley was brilliant in finding me the right car and at a price I was happy with. I felt he went over and beyond in finding the right deal especially with the scarcity of cars at the moment. I have had very good communication from the customer service team as well. I required a small change on the detail in the finance contract and this was actioned quickly. The process to securing the car has been very smooth and I have already received a couple of updates that the car has been ordered and one with the estimated delivery date. I now just have a few months to wait until the car is ready to be delivered.

I originally was assisted in my enquiry to get an Audi A1 on lease by Sharon, who was efficient in providing me with the information needed to make a decision regarding whether I wanted to go ahead with this particular vehicle or not. Sharon was prompt in responding to all my queries, even when she was dealing with some serious issues in her personal life. Paul then took over Sharon’s place and liaised well with me. He again was efficient and sent me over all the necessary paperwork relevant to proceed with leasing my chosen vehicle. Overall, I am happy with the customer service I have received throughout this process and would recommend this company to other people looking to lease a car.
