I really didn't want to leave a negative review for this company however sadly have been left no choice. I ordered my new Audi in December 2020 and we are now almost in July 2021 and still no word on when I'll be receiving my car. When I signed my Lease the delivery date was quoted as March and this has subsequently been pushed back, pulled forward, and pushed back again multiple times. I fully understand that we have been in a pandemic and times have been far from usual and I wouldn't have minded the wait but where things have really fallen down has been the lack of communication and incorrect information I have received. I was told 3 times by customer service that my car had gone into production only to later been told this was a maitake, and after my car had gone into production I received more incorrect emails saying my car was due to start production the following which caused huge confusion. I have had to take a short term lease car out at great expense and I was told 2 weeks ago my car had been completed, but no matter how many times I've requested a delivery date estimate I haven't had a reply. I need to know if I need to extend my short term lease into July but getting no answer so now could wind up paying for 2 cars through July as I just have no idea what’s happening with my Audi. While I know this is not just Car Lease Special Offers fault and the Audi Dealership has been a nightmare, I have just personally been left disappointed after what has and is continuing to be a very stressful experience. I believe that the reviews for this company speak for themselves and they do offer excellent service, I have just been unfortunate in my experience.
