Requested a quote from car lease specials via the leasing a car website and received it very timely. I was speaking with Sharon who was very helpful and explained everything to me. I also requested some additional details to be added on my quote and she was happy to provide them. We were keeping in touch from the point of the quote being sent until my questions were all answered and i was happy with my order. So far my experience with Car lease Special has been excellent.

Hi there, Yes I’ve repeatedly contacted your team requesting a delivery date for the car which you have not provided. I don’t think it’s fair for me to pay the admin fee if you can’t provide me with guarantees of when the vehicle will be delivered to me. As I’ve explained, I need this car urgently and I would like it confirmed in writing that it can be delivered within 3 weeks. Anything longer than this will not work for me, therefore I do not want to pay the admin fee when I don’t receive the car. Can you also confirm that the fees will be refunded if the car does not arrive within this time. Regards Mark

Overall I had a great experience with Car Lease Special Offers. Grant was very helpful, patient and honest. I had many enquiries about a couple of different cars and Grant was very accommodating and helped me every step of the way. I’m just waiting to sign some financial documents and hopefully my new car will arrive this month.

Paul Samways has been very informative and helpful throughout this first stage of the lease. This is our first time leasing a car. Hopefully the next stages will be as good and the car will be as per the specification we are expecting.

Dealt with Ralph, then Sharon - both pleasant and responded to any queries really quickly which is always nice, from enquiry to signing finance docs within a week - really happy so far. Assuming the car gets delivered on time I'll be a very pleased customer and couldn't ask for more. Edit: Order was put back months and I cancelled the order, I was told something which sounded like a sales tactic in that there was a shortage on items due to the Ukraine conflict. Went elsewhere and had a positive experience.
