Amazing service at the Stockport branch

I have been a customer of Capital Hair & Beauty for 25 years, I have always been delighted with their team, they are all excellent. Recently I had an issue with one of my clients with a severe reaction, I went to my usual capital in Hove and spoke to Mandy Lea, I have to say I have never been more impressed, Mandy was exceptionally knowledgeable and a great help, nothing was too much trouble, my congratulations to Mandy for being a such exceptional person. I went today to shop in Artane in Kilmore rd , staff so rude special young girl. When I ask about products she said she isn't hairdresser, but I believe if you work you should know better about products then anyone else. I will never ever back to this shop as customer service so bad. I ask if still free vat day she said no,but when I showed massage she changed, and said yes. I have to wait at the till as she was pretending busy.

Disappointing Customer Experience I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Capital Hair and Beauty. I purchased a pair of scissors that turned out to be faulty. Despite reporting the issue, it has been 13 days, and the problem is still unresolved. The customer service process is unnecessarily complicated and slow. Identifying whether a product like scissors is faulty should not take this long. Unlike other platforms I’ve shopped from, which offer unconditional returns and exchanges, this company does not prioritize customer satisfaction. They refused a return using "health and safety" as an excuse, even though other companies handle similar returns with ease. This experience has been a waste of time, and I’ve seen no solution-oriented approach. I will not shop here again and would not recommend this company to anyone

Chester branch. What can I say about the girls at Chester branch they are all beyond helpful and all lovely and supportive, nothing is too much trouble for them and they always help and support me, my girls and the salon in any way they can even when I ask and need help last minute, the branch and the girls are a credit to the company.

The staff have always been amazing especially Karl the manager he's always there if I need advice. The staff are so very helpful love this place thanks janine

CHESTER BRANCH - I use this branch a lot, Alison and all her girls are absolutely amazing! They are so helpful and extremely patient!! ( I do try their patience,😂😂) they are always obliging and happy- they chat and have time for you, if I need any deliveries they always accommodate me !! I cannot rate them highly enough!!! Keep up the good work ladies!!🥰xx

Chester branch:- Alison and her team are always so obliging, such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere when you walk in. They are all happy to help and go above and beyond to make life easier for their customers, even delivering to my house when my salon had to close early while my son was in hospital after a car accident. Can’t praise them enough, they are all lovely

PORTSMOUTH BRANCH- Karen and Debbie was absolutely brilliant. I was really unsure on certain products and they educated me on them abit more and then gave me other options which helped me with what I brought. NORWICH BRANCH; The most clean & tidy store I've ever been in , it's always immaculate and fully stocked. The staff are very helpful , polite, courteous and friendly. The Manager is just amazing ! She is just so professional, always dressed well with her hair to match. She runs that branch exceptionally well and it's always up to date with new products arriving regularly. The whole team are an asset to Capital Hair & Beauty and I always look forward to my visits, even though sometimes a fleeting visit. Keep up the great work. Thank you ! X
