Did not receive my parcel had an email to say I received it but had nothing.
I bought L'Oréal Professionnel Expert Series AOX VITAMINO COLOR Shampoo, conditioner and mascara. They sent me all these products but the RESVERATROL VITAMINO COLOR line. I find it absurd. Even if I could change that, it would be a nuisance. I bought it online just for the ease. I will definitely not repeat any purchase with Capital Hair store.

I called them to find out about availability and Toni(supervisor) told me to come that they have products I am looking for. When I arrived from 15miles away the staff(completely untrained) didnt know nothing about products. After spending 10 minutes on looking for the products, finally the same Toni on the counter told me I cannot purchase it as i am not a member. On the top of that she was rude and very ignorant. Very disappointed and I dont recommend tge place.

Had the colour I wanted but you need to plan in advance as it takes a few days for your order to arrive. Prefer going into the store but they only stocked the colour I wanted online....

I have not recieved my goods and have emailed twice and noone has the courtesy to reply and tell me where my order is, its been over 3 weeks. Very dissapointed quick to take money and making it hard to get a reply and refund!!! Very dissapointed
