My order arrived extremely quickly and was very well packed. I was very happy with all the items and the price was competitive. At just over £100, it worked out more than £20 less than Amazon. Wish I'd discovered them sooner!

Rang the company first to check that I could get next day before 12 delivery. Phone was answered quickly and they confirmed this was possible. Completed order online and the goods were delivered the next day at 11.30 - courier used by the company even gave me information on the day as to when the item would arrive ie between 11.00 and 12.00. Goods were also as described. Excellent service.

're my previous review ( not so good service) It is a shame camping direct could not have been up front and honest and have refunded my postage of £30 regarding my complaint before changing their terms and conditions on their website. Only after I complained and sent several emails requesting a refund of postage, along with challenging them on the consumer act 2014 they have decided to review their terms and inserted the non faulty refund part of their terms and conditions (underhanded) , of which is evidenced in a screen shot i took from their site at time of my complaint of which is available for anyone to see. At least it forced them to review their policy on non faulty refunds to prevent other customers from being mislead and losing money. Honesty is always the best policy when dealing with customers if you want to build their trust in a Company. I will let others decide for themselves. ( Come on Camingandcaravandirect) admit you got it wrong this time and refund my £30.

ordered from c and c as price was by far the best especially with the porch included. All other sites i looked at sold it seperately. had to order an extra item to pass delivery charge but needed it anyway. good website and great delivery on time and left in a safe place. Product has just been tested this weekend and is just what we needed .

Very fast delivery, with great tracking service. Would certainly use again. Tent didn't have reflective guy ropes as described, but this was a small oversight considering the rest of the service.

This company seem to have the customer at the centre, it was a really good experience. Also they sent a lovely calendar in the parcel. The mobile mains was Christmas present for my son but I kept the lovely calendar, thanks
